It’s all about kids at Lakeridge. Lakeridge is a children’s wonderland. With its two pools, swimming lake, fishing dock, athletic fields & numerous playgrounds, children are never without a new adventure just around the next corner. If this weren’t enough, there’s the Burr Pond CT State Park, whose lake & many miles of marked hiking trails adjoins the property, allowing the entire family to enjoy a nature walk or a ride in one of Lakeridge’s selection of row boats. There’s also a host of planned activities – summer day camp, organized special events, parades, arts experiences, swimming races and cookouts – all organized by our recreation director, Debbie Bombard and the recreation committee. In addition, Lakeridge offers both a tennis camp and a horseback-riding camp during the summer & ski camp & all ages relay & slalom races on our own ski slopes in the winter during school breaks.
