Management Office

Hakki Cinel, our General Manager, works with the Board of Directors, Staff, and
Committees at Lakeridge to ensure a high level of efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the management of the community. Staffed with well-trained and experienced personnel, this office operates weekly from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. with limited hours on weekends. All the business of Lakeridge – Board and Committee meetings, bookkeeping, security matters, etc – is conducted here.

Recreation Department

All Lakeridge activities stem from the Recreation Department working with the Lakeridge Recreation Committee. Concerts, story groups, day camps, tennis, Bridge, skiing, horseback riding, yoga and exercise classes, holiday celebrations and more – all are designed to enhance the Lakeridge lifestyle.

Maintenance Department

Working with the Maintenance Committee, our staff provides reliable and competent 24-hour service to the community. Snow removal, landscaping, and tree maintenance along with care for the common areas and exteriors of the homes comprise the bulk of the department’s work. All this – so that homeowners may enjoy Lakeridge and its amenities.
